How do warranty, DOA, and RMA returns work?

DOA (Dead on Arrival): If reported within 7 calendar days of delivery with proof (photos/video), we arrange repair/replacement according to stock and brand policy.
Warranty claims: Covered according to the manufacturer’s terms; proof of purchase is required. Typical turnaround depends on the brand/service center.
Can I request a quotation or proforma invoice for my company?
Yes. Share your company details (legal name, TRN if applicable), the product(s) and quantity, delivery city, and any deadline. We’ll issue a formal quotation or proforma in AED (VAT-ready) and note availability or lead times. Quotes typically remain valid for a limited period and may be updated if supplier pricing changes.
