Start by opening a support ticket. We’ll run quick diagnostics; if a return is needed, we’ll issue an RMA number and packing instructions.

  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): If reported within 7 calendar days of delivery with proof (photos/video), we arrange repair/replacement according to stock and brand policy.

  • Warranty claims: Covered according to the manufacturer’s terms; proof of purchase is required. Typical turnaround depends on the brand/service center.
